Desserts, Healthy treat, recommended

Greek yoghurt parfait

Hi guys! How are you all doing? Today I won’t be doing any cooking, I will just share with you all a special treat.

When we get to go out to fancy restaurant, we sort of look forward to that final part of the meal, which is the dessert. 😊 All the chocolatey goodness, cheesecakes and all. And then we feel a little guilty after that indulgence. 😞

But now you don’t have to. You can your first and second course and then head home to have your Greek style yoghurt with all the fruits and berries you can think of. Just add a dash of honey and you are done.

Greek yoghurt

Ways your berries. Chop the strawberry and cut the blackberry into two. Leave the blueberry as it is.
At the bottom of a wine glass or dessert bowl, add the fruits. Then add two spoons of the yogurt and just a drizzle of honey. Repeat this process until you end up with the fruits a the top. Finish off with another drizzle of honey and you are done!

Now take out your spoon and enjoy.

That’s it from me today.
