Valentine desserts

Hi guys, how are you all doing today. Today is a really quick post for all you lovely people out there.

So valentine is around the corner, and you may be wondering what to serve after that lovely home cooked meal you have prepared. Well don’t worry too much. All you need to do is sit and relax, yes I sad so. 😊

This post has been merged from my two previous post hazelnut banana bread and homemade ice cream to achieve this dessert. So let’s begin shall we. 😊

Banana bread muffin
Ice cream

Ice cream scoop

Prep time: 5 minutes

The recipe for my banana bread is here

The recipe for my homemade vanilla ice cream is here

It’s best to have prepared these two items well in advance, or else it will definitely take you more than 5 minutes.

Once both of them is ready to serve follow the next instructions below.

Remove the muffin from its case. Place it on a serving plate

Next scoop the creamy ice cream from the container unto the plate

Finally garnish with a few strawberries.

Ok, how does this work, the moistness of the muffin should make it very easy to cut through. With every slice, you add a bit of the creamy ice cream. Both combinations melts in your mouth. It’s a rewarding taste I tell you 😍

That’s it, you are all done

Enjoy your dessert.
