Hi everyone, how are you all doing? Christmas is around the corner, so I wanted to make sure the blog is updated in due course to allow you all familiarise yourself a with a recipe and practice before the main day.

I love chilli and I love chocolate. These two elements are powerful on its own, but when you add the two together, now that’s a recipe to swoon for! No Contest. And besides, we all need that extra kick when it comes to desserts So why not make it sensational.

I came accross this recipe and I was like, hmmm, will it work. After testing two recipes, I found the perfect combo. The egg yolk does make a lot of difference!

Brownies are relatively easy to make, provided you follow the correct measurements and not eyeball it. Not only will you get it right, you will also get the right consistency. So please be patient and follow the instructions and guides.

Now that we have that sorted, just imagine getting this recipe done in under 5 minutes and in a Microwave!!!

  • 1/2 a teaspoon of Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon of brown Sugar
