Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog. How are you all doing today? Today I am excited to bring you an old classic of mine, that I redefined. Asaro is a classic meal on its own, you have to get it right, you just have to.
There is the breakdown in texture of smooth, a bit if bite and melt in your mind texture, all rolled into one. with all of that, now add creaminess to it! Thats something you need to explore, and this recipe right here, will give you all of that and more. Coconut Asaro is as classic as it gets.

Without wasting too much time, Lets get right to it.
Here are the list of ingredients
1 medium sized Yam
2 Tablespoon of Palm oil (remember i already have palm oil in the sauce that will be added to the yam)
2 cups of beef stock
1 teaspoon of smoked sea salt
1 1/2 cup of coconut milk
Thats all you need to get you started! Enjoy
